The goal is to completely remake paint (including its [little-known features](#did-you-know)), improve on it, and to extend the types of images it can edit.

* Scalable Vector Graphics (mostly kidding, but actually it could always open SVG files thanks to browsers knowing how to treat SVGs like any other images, and now I've made it so it knows not to save over the original SVG files. So that's pretty decent SVG support, for a 100% raster image editor.)
