usb-interface rev 2: MDB loopback
This adds an optional loopback from MDB TX (which sees all slave communication) back to the STM32 over UART1 or UART3 (with a three-way selection pin header). We also update the resistor footprint because the old one's missing from kicad libraries. Not yet tested. by q3kmaster
