Dmitry Eremin-Solenikov f53fdebcc3 mtd: drop MTD_CONCAT from Kconfig entirely 
As there are no more dependencies on MTD_CONCAT or CONFIG_MTD_CONCAT,
drop this entry from Kconfig entirely.
