Matthew Wilcox 64ac24e738 Generic semaphore implementation
Semaphores are no longer performance-critical, so a generic C
implementation is better for maintainability, debuggability and
extensibility. Thanks to Peter Zijlstra for fixing the lockdep
warning. Thanks to Harvey Harrison for pointing out that the
unlikely() was unnecessary.

help
Three-level pagetables will let UML have more than 4G of physical
memory. All the memory that can't be mapped directly will be treated
as high memory.
However, this it experimental on 32-bit architectures, so if unsure say
N (on x86-64 it's automatically enabled, instead, as it's safe there).
