Alexey Dobriyan f284ce7269 PTRACE_POKEDATA consolidation
Identical implementations of PTRACE_POKEDATA go into generic_ptrace_pokedata()
function.

AFAICS, fix bug on xtensa where successful PTRACE_POKEDATA will nevertheless
return EPERM.
