Ben Dooks 736855f0c7 [ARM] 3638/1: S3C2412: core clocks
Patch from Ben Dooks

Clock support for the clocks on the Samsung S3C2412
and S3C2413 SoCs. This provides clock enables and
parent selection for all the standard clocks.
