John Hawkes 386d1d50c8 [IA64] eliminate softlockup warning
Fix an unnecessary softlockup watchdog warning in the ia64
uncached_build_memmap() that occurs occasionally at 256p and always at
512p. The problem occurs at boot time.

* A simple uncached page allocator using the generic allocator. This
* allocator first utilizes the spare (spill) pages found in the EFI
* memmap and will then start converting cached pages to uncached ones

* pool of pages per node.
