Dong Nguyen 43b86af83d USB: xHCI: Supporting MSI/MSI-X 
Enable MSI/MSI-X supporting in xhci driver.

Provide the mechanism to fall back using MSI and Legacy IRQs
if MSI-X IRQs register failed.
