Kay Sievers edbaa603eb driver-core: remove sysdev.h usage.
The sysdev.h file should not be needed by any in-kernel code, so remove
the .h file from these random files that seem to still want to include
it.

The sysdev code will be going away soon, so this include needs to be
removed no matter what.

Kukjin Kim 782d8a3c0b ARM: SAMSUNG: Update the name of regarding Samsung GPIO
According to gpio-samsung.c, this patch updates the name of
regarding Samsung GPIO. Basically the samsung_xxx prefix is
used in gpio-samsung.c instead of s3c_xxx, because unified
name can reduce its complexity.

Note: some s3c_xxx stil remains because it is used widely.
It will be updated next time.

Ben Dooks 32b6cb3872 ARM: SAMSUNG: Fix additional increment when running through gpios
The pm-gpio.c code was incrementing the gpio_nr from the nr_gpios
field and the bank-bank offset inside the loop, and also in the
for() loop with a ++.

Remove the ++, as the number is already at the next GPIO, thus
ensuring that we don't skip a gpio bank by accident.

Ben Dooks e856bb1f8d ARM: SAMSUNG: Remove empty gpio-core.h and use central plat/gpio-core.h
Rename mach-s3c2410/include/mach/gpio-core.h to mach/gpio-track.h so that
it can be included by <plat/gpio-core.h> when needed.

Eliminate all other empty gpio-core.h files and just include the
<plat/gpio-core.h> as necessary.

Ben Dooks 67866fb386 ARM: SAMSUNG: Move pm-gpio into plat-samsung
Move the pm-gpio code into plat-samsung.
