Karen Xie 0d0c27f2e8 [SCSI] cxgb3i: merge cxgb3i_ddp into cxgb3i module 
- Merge cxgb3i_ddp.ko to cxgb3i.ko as there is no other users.
- Bump the driver version up to 1.0.2.

Karen Xie c3673464eb [SCSI] cxgb3i: Add cxgb3i iSCSI driver. 
This patch implements the cxgb3i iscsi connection acceleration for the
open-iscsi initiator.

The cxgb3i driver offers the iscsi PDU based offload:
- digest insertion and verification
- payload direct-placement into host memory buffer.
