Yong Zhang 38ada214fa spi: irq: Remove IRQF_DISABLED
Since commit [e58aa3d2: genirq: Run irq handlers with interrupts disabled],
We run all interrupt handlers with interrupts disabled
and we even check and yell when an interrupt handler
returns with interrupts enabled (see commit [b738a50a:
genirq: Warn when handler enables interrupts]).

So now this flag is a NOOP and can be removed.

Mike Frysinger c52d4e5f3c spi/bfin_spi: uninline fat queue funcs
There's no need for these queue funcs to be inlined, so drop the
markings. This shaves off a few hundred duplicated bytes.

Mike Frysinger 47885ce81c spi/bfin_spi: use structs for accessing hardware regs
Rather than hardcoding the register sizes/offsets in this file, use the
existing struct in the spi header for reading/writing the hardware.

Grant Likely ca632f5566 spi: reorganize drivers
Sort the SPI makefile and enforce the naming convention spi_*.c for
spi drivers.

This change also rolls the contents of atmel_spi.h into the .c file
since there is only one user of that particular include file.

v2: - Use 'spi-' prefix instead of 'spi_' to match what seems to be
be the predominant pattern for subsystem prefixes.
    - Clean up filenames in Kconfig and header comment blocks
