The ov534 bridge is too slow to handle the sensor accesses
requested by fast hosts giving 'sccb_reg_write failed'.
A small delay fixes the problem.

err() was a very old USB-specific macro that I thought had
gone away. This patch removes it from being used in the
driver and uses dev_err() instead.

This converts the drivers in drivers/media/* to use the
module_usb_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.
Added bonus is that it removes some unneeded kernel log messages about
drivers loading and/or unloading.
