My previous patch erroneously included an
!A line (for some checking I am working on)
that isn't yet supported by the docbook
tools, so remove it.

Add some documentation for cfg80211. I'm hoping some of
the regulatory documentation will be filled by somebody
more familiar with it, hint hint! :)

Fix a small problem in the documentation for
ieee80211_request_smps, and a now erroneous
inclusion of enum ieee80211_key_alg, which no
longer exists after the change to ciphers.

This moves mac80211 documentation into a new
802.11 bookset and also adds a cfg80211 book
to the set. All of this is rather incomplete,
but it's easier to work with big code moving
as a separate patch.
