bc65c724d5 mmc: fix platform driver hotplug/coldplug 
Since 43cc71eed1, the platform modalias is
prefixed with "platform:".  Add MODULE_ALIAS() to the hotpluggable MMC host
platform drivers, to re-enable auto loading.

Also, add missing owner declarations in driver init.

e1efa2a3ea Correction of "Update drivers to use sg helpers" patch for IMXMMC driver 
The previous change omits "data->" prefix
in the "data->sg" case. This change fixes kernel
compilation.
