There was no MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE for the b2c2-flexcop-usb module. This makes it
impossible for hotplug to load the module automatically, when such a device is
connected.

Add wss_cfg_4_3 and wss_cfg_16_9 configuration options.
Firmware 2623 or later required.
Both parameters are bit masks:
- bit 15: disable WSS
- bit 14: send short WSS burst, then turn off WSS
- bit 13..0: WSS bits as specified by the standard
These parameters are useful if you own a broken tv set which
does not handle wss correctly.
Default settings:
- wss_cfg_4_3: 0x4008
- wss_cfg_16_9: 0x0007
These should work with most devices.

Oliver Endriss spotted, that resetting read and write pointers on
flush() requires additional locking and breaks the av7110 driver.
Therefore this patch partially reverts the previous patch titled "make
dvb_ringbuffer compatible to dmxdev_buffer".

Added variable 'error' to struct dvb_ringbuffer, which is set to zero on
init() and flush(). Also reset read an write pointers to zero on flush()
to get less fragmented data.

I have a TT C1500 card (saa7146, STV0297) which had problems tuning
channels at QAM128 (like the ones in the Finnish HTV / Welho network).
A fix which seems to work perfectly so far is to change the delay for
QAM128 to the same values as for QAM256 in stv0297_set_frontend(),

The at76c651 and tda80xx frontends are currently completely unused, IOW
their only effect is making the kernel larger for people accitentially
enabling them.
The current in-kernel drivers differ from the drivers at cvs.tuxbox.org,
and re-adding them when parts of the dbox2 project get merged should be
trivial.

dvb_usb_device, then nothing should be done with that pointer and device,
because it will re-enumerate.
- A new firmware should be used with digitv devices.
- It should make "slave"-devices work and others, too.

- As far back as the video4linux cvs repository goes, there is no mention
of BTTV_TWINHAN_VP3021. It seems that this was done for the sake of
backwards compatability with some older v4l, but this can no longer be
necessary due to the v4l/dvb cvs merger, nor should this have ever
existed in the upstream kernel.

- Adds a time-delay to IR remote button presses for av7110_ir input,
such that it acts more like a keyboard. A short press will be treated
as a single button press. Holding down a button on the remote will
respond like holding down a key on the keyboard, and result in a
key-repeat. This just introduces a delay between the 1st press, and
going into key-repeat so that it is possible to get a single 'up'.

- Add support for KWorld DVB-S 100, based on the same chips as Hauppauge
Nova-S Plus (CX23883/CX24123/CX24109), without the Intersil ISL6421,
which is used for LNB control.
- LNB voltage and tone are controled by LNBDC and LNBTone bits from
register 0x29 of the CX24123 demodulator.
- The MO_GP0_IO register from CX23883 is used to turn LNB power on and off.

Now when kbuild passes KBUILD_MODNAME with "" do not __stringify it when
used. Remove __stringnify for all users.
This also fixes the output of:

Fix a bug in the software demux which causes large MPEG sections to be lost
when they follow very small sections.
The problem happens when two sections begin in the same transport packet. The
dvb_demux code resets its buffer only before the first of these sections.
This means that when the second (or subsequent) section begins, there is up to
182 bytes of buffer space already used. If the following section is close to
the maximum size, it currently won't fit in the (4096-byte) buffer and is
thrown away.
The fix is simply to enlarge the buffer by the size of one transport packet
and correct one usage of the SECFEED_SIZE definition where what is really
meant is the maximum size of a section.

- Instead of determining how to write to the tuner based on which NIM
is being used, make this determination based on whether the chip is a
NXT2002 or NXT2004.
- If NXT2004, write directly to tuner. If NXT2002, write through NXT chip.

The duplicate key definitions cause misinterpretations with other keys, e.g.
the "TELETEXT" key clashes with "CHANNEL_UP" and thus can not be used with
LIRC. This patch removes these duplicates.

I recently picked up my older work to remove unnecessary #includes of
sched.h, starting from a patch by Dave Jones to not include sched.h
from module.h. This reduces the number of indirect includes of sched.h
by ~300. Another ~400 pointless direct includes can be removed after
this disentangling (patch to follow later).
However, quite a few indirect includes need to be fixed up for this.
In order to feed the patches through -mm with as little disturbance as
possible, I've split out the fixes I accumulated up to now (complete for
i386 and x86_64, more archs to follow later) and post them before the real
patch. This way this large part of the patch is kept simple with only
adding #includes, and all hunks are independent of each other. So if any
hunk rejects or gets in the way of other patches, just drop it. My scripts
will pick it up again in the next round.

This patch changes two things:
1) a firmware update made by the vendor, which has to be done in Windows
for now, changes the DVB-data-pipe from isochronous to bulk: it fixes the
data distortions (and thus the video-distortions) in DVB-T mode; there is
no backwards compatibility with the old firmware as it didn't work anyway
2) with the help of Steve Toth some reverse-engineered functionality is now
named correctly, thank you

This fix has also been applied to lgdt330x. There is an optimization that
keeps track of the frequency tuned by the digital decoder. The digital driver
does not set the frequency if it has not changed since it was tuned. The
analog tuner driver knows nothing about the frequency saved by the digital
driver. When the frequency is set using the video4linux code with tvtime, the
hardware get changed but the digital driver's state does not get updated.
Switch back to the same digital channel and the driver finds no change in
frequency so the tuner is not reset to the digital frequency. The work around
is to remove the check and always set the tuner to the specified frequency.

while investigating the QAM_128-issue with the stv0297-driver for the
Cablestar (which is not the same as the one in dvb-kernel CVS, yet), I fixed
it, not by increasing the timeout, but by disabling the corner-detection for
QAM_128 and higher.
This patch has been tested on dvb-kernel cvs, and has been reported to work by
multiple users. Some cards still need timeout increase on top of this patch.
This will be addressed later.

Fix two problems with the signal strength value in the mt352.c frontend:
1. the 4 most significant bits are zeroed - shift and mask wrong way round
2. need to align the 12 bits from the registers at the top of the 16 bit
returned value - otherwise the range is not 0 to 0xffff its 0xf000 to 0xffff
