a33a9641c9 [POWERPC] 83xx: Add the mpc832xemds defconfig 
The defconfig for the 8323EMDS is identical to the 8360E MDS defconfig,
except CONFIG_MATH_EMULATION is set, since the 8323 doesn't have a FPU.
