51bcf09291 [SPARC32]: Fix over-optimization by GCC near ip_fast_csum.
In some cases such as:
	iph->check = 0;
	iph->check = ip_fast_csum((unsigned char *)iph, iph->ihl);
GCC may optimize out the previous store.

Observed as a failure of NFS over udp (bad checksums on ip fragments)
when compiled with GCC 3.4.2.

16ec7e168d [NET]: SPARC checksum annotations and cleanups.
* sanitize prototypes, annotate
* kill bogus access_ok() in csum_partial_copy_from_user (the only caller checks)
* kill useless shift

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.

Let it rip!
