Joe Perches	28f65c11f2	treewide: Convert uses of struct resource to resource_size(ptr) Several fixes as well where the +1 was missing. Done via coccinelle scripts like: @@ struct resource *ptr; @@ - ptr->end - ptr->start + 1 + resource_size(ptr) and some grep and typing. Mostly uncompiled, no cross-compilers. Jan Andersson	9be0392989	USB: EHCI: Add bus glue for GRLIB GRUSBHC controller This patch adds support for the GRLIB GRUSBHC EHCI controller from Aeroflex Gaisler. The controller is typically found on LEON/GRLIB SoCs. Tested on GR-LEON4-ITX with with little endian interface and on LEON3 system on GR-PCI-XC5V development board for big endian controller. This patch adds support for the GRLIB GRUSBHC EHCI controller from
