Or Gerlitz f2a3f6a32c mlx4_core: Add network flow counters
ConnectX devices support a set of flow counters that can be attached
to a set containing one or more QPs. Each such counter tracks receive
and transmit packets and bytes of these QPs. This patch queries the
device to check support for counters, handles initialization of the
HCA to enable counters, and initializes a bitmap allocator to control
counter allocations. Derived from patch by Eli Cohen <eli@mellanox.co.il>.

Or Gerlitz ccf8632196 mlx4_core: Read extended capabilities into the flags field
Query another dword containing up to 32 extended device capabilities
and merge it into struct mlx4_caps.flags. Update the code that
handles the current extended device capabilities (e.g UDP RSS, WoL,
vep steering, etc) to use the extended device cap flags field instead
of a field per extended capability. Initial patch done by Eli Cohen
<eli@mellanox.co.il>.

Yevgeny Petrilin 1679200f91 mlx4_en: Enabling new steering
The mlx4_en module now uses the new steering mechanism.
The RX packets are now steered through the MCG table instead
of Mac table for unicast, and default entry for multicast.
The feature is enabled through INIT_HCA

Roland Dreier f5a49539a6 mlx4_core: Remove warning message about firmware bug
The kernel warning message added in commit 58d74bb1d9 ("mlx4_core:
Workaround firmware bug in query dev cap") about mlx4 reporting the
wrong number of "blue flame registers" doesn't really help anyone, since
the firmware bug is known and fixed and the bug is pretty much harmless
to users. So just get rid of the warning.

Eli Cohen 58d74bb1d9 mlx4_core: Workaround firmware bug in query dev cap
ConnectX firmware is supposed to report the number blue flame
registers per page as log2 of the value. However, due to a firmware
bug, it reports actual number. This patch works around this by
checking if the number of registers calculated fits within a page. If
it does not, we use 8 registers per page.

Eli Cohen 417608c20a IB/mlx4: Remove limitation on LSO header size
Current code has a limitation: an LSO header is not allowed to cross a
64 byte boundary. This patch removes this limitation by setting the
WQE RR for large headers thus allowing LSO headers of any size. The
extra buffer reserved for MLX4_IB_QP_LSO QPs has been doubled, from 64
to 128 bytes, assuming this is reasonable upper limit for header
length. Also, this patch will cause IB_DEVICE_UD_TSO to be set only
for HCA FW versions that set MLX4_DEV_CAP_FLAG_BLH; e.g. FW version
2.6.000 and higher.

Yevgeny Petrilin 93fc9e1bb6 mlx4_core: Support multiple pre-reserved QP regions
For ethernet support, we need to reserve QPs for the ethernet and
fibre channel driver. The QPs are reserved at the end of the QP
table. (This way we assure that they are aligned to their size)

We need to consider these reserved ranges in bitmap creation, so we
extend the mlx4 bitmap utility functions to allow reserved ranges at
both the bottom and the top of the range.

Vladimir Sokolovsky 2d92865158 mlx4_core: Use MOD_STAT_CFG command to get minimal page size
There was a bug in some versions of the mlx4 driver in
mlx4_alloc_fmr(), which hardcoded the minimum acceptable page_shift to
be 12. However, new ConnectX firmware can support a minimum
page_shift of 9 (log_pg_sz of 9 returned by QUERY_DEV_LIM) -- so with
old drivers, ib_fmr_alloc() would fail for ULPs using the device
minimum when creating FMRs.

To preserve firmware compatibility with released mlx4 drivers, the
firmware will continue to return 12 as before for log_page_sz in
QUERY_DEV_CAP for these drivers. However, to enable new drivers to
take advantage of the available smaller page size, the mlx4 driver now
first sets the log_pg_sz to the device minimum by setting a
log_page_sz value to 0 via the MOD_STAT_CFG command and then reading
the real minimum via QUERY_DEV_CAP.

Roland Dreier 0e6e741621 IB/mlx4: Handle new FW requirement for send request prefetching
New ConnectX firmware introduces FW command interface revision 2,
which requires that for each QP, a chunk of send queue entries (the
"headroom") is kept marked as invalid, so that the HCA doesn't get
confused if it prefetches entries that haven't been posted yet. Add
code to the driver to do this, and also update the user ABI so that
userspace can request that the prefetcher be turned off for userspace
QPs (we just leave the prefetcher on for all kernel QPs).

Unfortunately, marking send queue entries this way is confuses older
firmware, so we change the driver to allow only FW command interface
revisions 2. This means that users will have to update their firmware
to work with the new driver, but the firmware is changing quickly and
the old firmware has lots of other bugs anyway, so this shouldn't be too
big a deal.

Based on a patch from Jack Morgenstein <jackm@dev.mellanox.co.il>.
