Ben Dooks 5bdf67312e [ARM] S3C64XX: Remove __virt_to_bus/__bus_to_virt macros 
The changes for ARM highmem support have removed the need
for the __virt_to_bus and __bus_to_virt macros, so remove them
from this build.
