Stephen Rothwell 88999ceb55 [PATCH] Move the identical files from include/asm-ppc{,64} 
Move the identical files from include/asm-ppc{,64}/ to
include/asm-powerpc/.  Remove hdreg.h completely as it is unused in
the tree.
