The CS5520 doesn't need much help to resume but we do need to restore
pcicfg which may have been reset to the BIOS default which is
sometimes incorrect.

Many LLDs are missing sht->slave_destroy. The method is mandatory to
support device warm unplugging (echo 1 > /sys/.../delete). Without
it, libata might access released scsi device.

the old hooks were accidentally left in place. Now, removed.
