David Daney b5e00af81f MIPS: Add Cavium OCTEON cop2/cvmseg state entries to processor.h. 
Add in the cop2 and cvmseg state info to the known proc reg
data for Cavium so that it can be tracked, saved, restored.

David Daney 6aa3524c18 MIPS: Add HARDWARE_WATCHPOINTS definitions and support code. 
This is the main support code for the patch.  Here we just add the
code, the following patches hook it up.
