9858ee8ac5 [POWERPC] celleb: Add support for native CBE 
This adds support for native CBE on Celleb, that is, without the BEAT
hypervisor.  Many codes in platforms/cell/ are used in native CBE
environment.

da0bd34e03 [POWERPC] Celleb: update for PCI 
This adds support for the PCI bus on Celleb with new "I/O routines
for PowerPC."  External PCI on Celleb must do explicit synchronization
with devices (Bus has no automatic synchronization feature).
