1) The gspca-core's suspend/resume code is such that resume being called after
a reset is safe / ok.
2) All devices tested sofar seem to need the reset_resume callback to work
properly over a suspend
3) The USB-core won't call the reset_resume callback for devices which don't
need it
Thus it seems the simplest and the best to just add the callback to all
sub-drivers, rather then adding the callbacks one-by-one as each driver gets
tested with suspend/resume.

Enabling vflip leads to a much better image, with vflip disabled the
image looks washed out as if there is a too high brightness setting.
Since we don't know how to lower the brightness setting when not
vflipping, simply always vflip and tell userspace to flip the image back,
resulting in a much better (less washed out) image.
Since the image is now no longer too bright, also modify the luminance
level the auto-gain algorithm aims for.

Our init sequence was not setting the register page to point to bank 1
before setting what should be the control reg. This causes the camera to
sometimes have its LED on after init. First selecting register bank 1,
rather then assuming the current register bank is bank 1, fixes this.

We can only control the clockdivider to control exposure on the pac7311,
making our expo control coarse, switch to an autogain algorithm optimized for
this.

Now that the pac7302 and pac7311 drivers are split, they no longer
share there control settings, so there is no need to scale the controls
to register values, instead make them reflect the registers directly.

It turns out that the flush to sensor command needs to be done per register
bank. We were missing one such flush in set_exposure, causing exposure changes
to only show up when another setting in the same bank also got changed.

The pac7302 and pac7311 driver still contains some comments from before
they were separated, such as marking certain functions 7302 or 7311 only,
with the new split drivers these make no sense, remove them.
Also removed the empty/unused sd_stop0 function from pac7311.c

This patch fixes possible race conditions in queue management with SMP:
when a frame was completed, the irq function tried to use the next frame
buffer. At this time, it was possible that the application on an other
processor updated the frame pointer, making the image to point to a bad
buffer.
The patch contains two main changes:
- the image transfer uses the queue indexes which are protected against
simultaneous memory access,
- the image pointer which is used for image concatenation is only set at
interrupt level.
Some subdrivers which used the image pointer have been updated.

The image pointer and its length are now in the main structure instead
of in the frame buffer. They are updated on application vidioc_qbuf and
in the URB interrupt function when ending an image.

All PAC7311 specific functions remain in pac7311.c. All PAC7302 specific
functions are moved to pac7302.c. The USB device table is also divided into
two parts. This makes it possible to remove the sensor specific decisions
from different functions and also remove sensor infromation from the USB
device table.
The common functions are just copied to both subdrivers. These common
functions can be separated later to a common file or helper module.

The length check in reg_w_var() function is because the buffer contents
is copied to gspca_dev->usb_buf which has the size of USB_BUF_SZ bytes as
defined in drivers/media/video/gspca/gspca.h. Replace the number with
symbol for better readability and maintainability.
