0fcaa56a2a ocfs2: Simplify ocfs2_read_block()
More than 30 callers of ocfs2_read_block() pass exactly OCFS2_BH_CACHED.
Only six pass a different flag set. Rather than have every caller care,
let's make ocfs2_read_block() take no flags and always do a cached read.
The remaining six places can call ocfs2_read_blocks() directly.

31d33073ca ocfs2: Require an inode for ocfs2_read_block(s)().
Now that synchronous readers are using ocfs2_read_blocks_sync(), all
callers of ocfs2_read_blocks() are passing an inode. Use it
unconditionally. Since it's there, we don't need to pass the
ocfs2_super either.

cf1d6c763f ocfs2: Add extended attribute support
This patch implements storing extended attributes both in inode or a single
external block. We only store EA's in-inode when blocksize > 512 or that
inode block has free space for it. When an EA's value is larger than 80
bytes, we will store the value via b-tree outside inode or block.

6fe6900e1e mm: make read_cache_page synchronous
Ensure pages are uptodate after returning from read_cache_page, which allows
us to cut out most of the filesystem-internal PageUptodate calls.

I didn't have a great look down the call chains, but this appears to fixes 7
possible use-before uptodate in hfs, 2 in hfsplus, 1 in jfs, a few in
ecryptfs, 1 in jffs2, and a possible cleared data overwritten with readpage in
block2mtd. All depending on whether the filler is async and/or can return
with a !uptodate page.

92e1d5be91 [PATCH] mark struct inode_operations const 2
Many struct inode_operations in the kernel can be "const". Marking them const
moves these to the .rodata section, which avoids false sharing with potential
dirty data. In addition it'll catch accidental writes at compile time to
these shared resources.

090d2b185d [PATCH] read_mapping_page for address space
Add read_mapping_page() which is used for callers that pass
mapping->a_ops->readpage as the filler for read_cache_page. This removes
some duplication from filesystem code.
