Support the new event index feature. When acked,
utilize it to reduce the # of interrupts sent to the guest.

Michael S. Tsirkin 71ccc212e5 vhost test module 
This adds a test module for vhost infrastructure.
Intentionally not tied to kbuild to prevent people
from installing and loading it accidentally.
