For now at least, all module parameters should be
with the core functionality, so move them there,
while at it rename to iwlwifi_mod_params. Also
rename iwl-shared.h to iwl-modparams.h to reflect
the real contents.

Keeping statistics per frame type really isn't
very useful, and needs a huge amount of code
so remove it. Since that is the only thing in
iwl-core.{c,h} now, those files can be killed.

The shared status bits are a mixture of transport and op mode bits.
Some are used just by one or the other, some are shared. Begin the
de-tangling of these bits.

Before we write to the device registers always check if
iwl_grap_nic_access() was successful.
On the way change return type of grab_nic_access() to bool, and add
likely()/unlikely() statement.

In order to separate the different parts of the
driver better, we are reducing the shared data.
This moves the workqueue to "priv", and removes
it from the transport. To do this, simply use
schedule_work() in the transport.

From now on, the transport layer in charge of providing access to the
device. So change all the driver to give a pointer to the transport
to all the low level functions that actually access the device.

Only 5150 series devices report their temperature
in Kelvin, and for those we already convert it to
Celsius when storing into priv->temperature, so
there's no way priv->temperature will ever be in
Kelvin. Remove support for this.

priv->mac80211_registered and priv->hw needed to move to shared.
stop_queue API was added in order to allow the upper layer to stop
the SW queues for regulatory purposes.

move paramater definitions to a device paramater structure only
leaving the device name, which antennas are used and what firmware
file to use in the iwl_cfg structure. this will not completely
remove the redundancies but greatly reduce them for devices that
only vary by name or antennas. the parameters that are more
likely to change within a given device family are left in iwl_cfg.
also separate bt param structure added to help reduce more.

In order to support multiple interfaces, we must move
a lot of data into per-context structures so we can
use the contexts the device offers. To start with,
this makes a lot of code context-aware, more changes
will move more things into the context structure.

"Thermal Throttling" is an advance feature which only available for
newer _agn devices. Move from iwl-core to iwl-agn for better code
organization.
