8d813941b1 [POWERPC] Fix MPC5200 (not B!) device tree so FEC ethernet works
This gets the FEC ethernet driver working again on the lite5200
platform.

The FEC driver is also compatible with the MPC5200, not only with the
MPC5200B, so this adds a suitable entry to the driver's match list.
Furthermore this adds the settings for the PHY in the dts file for the
Lite5200. Note, that this is not exactly the same as in the
Lite5200B, because the PHY is located at f0003000:01 for the 5200, and
at :00 for the 5200B. This was tested on a Lite5200 and a Lite5200B,
both booted a kernel via tftp and mounted the root via nfs
successfully.

58a5be3915 [POWERPC] mpc5200: add #address-cells and #size-cells to soc node.
The various 5200 dts files don't have values specified for the soc
node, which in turn results in a warning from the processing of
every child node (roughly 40 warnings per file). This explicitly
sets the default values and gets rid of all the warnings.

5b5820d08b [POWERPC] mpc5200: Add generic support for simple MPC5200 based boards
This patch adds support for 'mpc5200-simple-platform' compatible
boards which do not need a platform specific setup. Such boards
are supported assuming the following:

- GPIO pins are configured by the firmware,
- CDM configuration (clocking) is setup correctly by firmware,
- if the 'fsl,has-wdt' property is present in one of the
gpt nodes, then it is safe to use such gpt to reset the board,
- PCI is supported if enabled in the kernel configuration
and if there is a PCI bus node defined in the device tree.

d24bc314c9 [POWERPC] Update device tree binding for mpc5200 gpt
Add 'fsl,' prefix to 'compatible' property for gpt nodes.
Add 'fsl,' prefix to empty, GPT0 specific 'has-wdt' property.
The fsl, prefix is being added to better match the convention of prefixing
manufacturer specific properties and values with the vendors name.

1b3c5cdab4 [POWERPC] Move PCI nodes to be sibilings with SOC nodes
Updated the device trees to have the PCI nodes be at the same level as
the SOC node. This is to make it so that the SOC nodes children address
space is just on chip registers and not other bus memory as well.

Also, for PCIe nodes added a P2P bridge to handle the virtual P2P bridge
that exists in the PHB.

f0c8ac8083 [POWERPC] DTS cleanup
Removed the following cruft from .dts files:
* 32-bit in cpu node -- doesn't exist in any spec and not used by kernel
* removed built-in (chrp legacy)
* Removed #interrupt-cells in places they don't need to be set
* Fixed ranges on lite5200*
* Removed clock-frequency from i8259 pic node, not sure where this came from
* Removed big-endian from i8259 pic nodes, this was just bogus

05cbbc692f [POWERPC] mpc5200 device tree bindings refinement
Much needed refinement of mpc5200 device tree binding specifications.

Short list:
- drop mpc52xx designator; only two supported chips exist, 5200 and 5200b.
It's premature to refer to them as '52xx'.
- Specify optional 'model' and 'revision' properties in the soc5200 node
- Specify reqiured 'cell-index' property to identify between multiple SOC
devices of the same type. (Useful for arbitrating shared register access)
- Specify optional 'port-number' property for adjusting the logical serial
  port assignments.
- Specify optional 'has-wdt' property for gpt0 node.
- Add system-frequency property to soc5200 node
