vt8500_port is malloced in vt8500_serial_probe() and should be freed
before leaving from the error handling cases, otherwise it will
cause memory leak.
Fix it by move the allocation of vt8500_port after those test.

Increase vt8500_max_ports to 6 as the WM8505 as 6 available uarts.
Use devicetree port id as primary addressing for ports but allow
auto-allocation if id not specified.

The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.
This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
