Bill Pemberton 2d47b71602 tty: serial: remove use of __devexit_p
CONFIG_HOTPLUG is going away as an option so __devexit_p is no longer
needed.

Axel Lin c8381c15b1 TTY: serial: convert drivers/tty/serial/* to use module_platform_driver()
This patch converts the drivers in drivers/tty/serial/* to use the
module_platform_driver() macro which makes the code smaller and a bit
simpler.

Greg Kroah-Hartman ab4382d274 tty: move drivers/serial/ to drivers/tty/serial/
The serial drivers are really just tty drivers, so move them to
drivers/tty/ to make things a bit neater overall.

This is part of the tty/serial driver movement proceedure as proposed by
Arnd Bergmann and approved by everyone involved a number of months ago.
