27ad4bf72a ARM: imx: move mx3 support to mach-imx
Fixing a few "please, no space before tabs" and "empty line at end of
file" warnings on the way.

afa77ef30e ARM: mx3: dynamically allocate "ipu-core" devices
... together with the related devices "mx3_camera" and "mx3_sdc_fb".

"mx3_camera" doesn't fit the scheme of the other devices that just are
allocated and registered in a single function because it needs additional
care to get some dmaable memory. So currently imx31_alloc_mx3_camera
duplicates most of imx_add_platform_device_dmamask, but I'm not sure it's
worth to split the latter to be able to reuse more code.

This gets rid of mach-mx3/devices.[ch] and so several files need to be
adapted not to #include devices.h anymore.

48f6b09996 ARM i.MX: introduce imx_otg_ulpi_create to create ULPI transceivers
The boards are currently using otg_ulpi_create and mxc_ulpi_access_ops,
both are only present if CONFIG_USB_ULPI is set. To remove the need of
ifdefs in the board code introduce a imx_otg_ulpi_create functions
which expands to a static inline function if compiled without ulpi.

4bd597b633 ARM i.MX ehci: do ehci init in board specific functions
The mxc-ehci driver calls SoC specific phy initialization right after
calling board specific initialization. To offer greater flexibility for
boards to setup the phy and to get rid of some unnecessary flags in
platform data this patch lets the boards call the SoC specific phy
initialization and remove it from the driver.

9e1dde3387 ARM: mx3: dynamically allocate fsl-usb2-udc devices
While adapting the #defines for this I noticed that the offset
used for USB HS on i.MX35 differs from the documented offset.
I kept the working offset and commented that the documentation
differs.

2001f99947 [media] soc_camera: Don't use module names to load I2C modules
With the v4l2_i2c_new_subdev* functions now supporting loading modules
based on modaliases, remove the module names hardcoded in platform data
and pass a NULL module name to those functions.

All corresponding I2C modules have been checked, and all of them include
a module aliases table with names corresponding to what the soc_camera
platform data uses.

specification instead of fixing it.

3a47b1a4f1 mx31moboard: OTG host support for smartbot board
The Eyebot robot needs the OTG port in host mode on the smartbot.

Add a new board definition so we can select the usb host/device
mode at boot with the mx31moboard_baseboard boot parameter.

The sel gpios are used as enables and rst signals on smartbot, thus the
sel init is moved from mx31moboard file to board files.
