f9028317b2 Documentation: Add newline at end-of-file to files lacking one
This patch simply adds a newline character at end-of-file to those
files in Documentation/ that currently lack one.

This is done for a few different reasons:

A) It's rather annoying when you do "cat some_file.txt" that your
prompt/cursor ends up at the end of the last line of output rather
   than on a new line.

B) Some tools that process files line-by-line may get confused by the
lack of a newline on the last line.

C) The "\ No newline at end of file" line in diffs annoys me for some
   reason.

So, let's just add the missing newline once and for all.

515f32879a [media] V4L: Add helper function for standard integer menu controls
This patch adds v4l2_ctrl_new_int_menu() helper function which can be used
in drivers for creating standard integer menu control with driver-specific
menu item list. It is similar to v4l2_ctrl_new_std_menu(), except it doesn't
have a mask parameter and an additional qmenu parameter allows passing
an array of signed 64-bit integers as the menu item list.

8ab75e3ecd [media] v4l2-dev: make it possible to skip locking for selected ioctls
Using the V4L2 core lock is a very robust method that is usually very good
at doing the right thing. But some drivers, particularly USB drivers, may
want to prevent the core from taking the lock for specific ioctls, particularly
buffer queuing ioctls.

The reason is that certain commands like S_CTRL can take a long time to process
over USB and all the time the core has the lock, preventing VIDIOC_DQBUF from
proceeding, even though a frame may be ready in the queue.

This introduces unwanted latency.

Since the buffer queuing commands often have their own internal lock it is
often not necessary to take the core lock. Drivers can now say that they don't
want the core to take the lock for specific ioctls.

As it is a specific opt-out it makes it clear to the reviewer that those
ioctls will need more care when reviewing.

8d009a0c41 [media] dib0700: add initial code for PCTV 340e by Davide Ferri
This is initial code written by Davide Ferri for the PCTV 340e, including
a new xc4000 driver. I am checking in all the code unmodified, and making
no assertions about its quality (other than confirming it compiles).

58b0ed25b6 [media] Update several cardlists
Several cardlist entries are missed. Fix them by running some
script magic (about the same scripts we used to have at -hg tree).

fb08a5cd57 [media] uvcvideo: Add driver documentation
This adds detailed documentation about the driver's extension unit control
features. Part of it has been adopted from the dynctrl.txt that used to be
available in the driver's previous Subversion repository.

The documentation has been rewritten to match the current implementation, in
particular to capture the new XU control support including UVCIOC_CTRL_QUERY.

5398b62215 [media] zoran: Drop unused module parameters encoder and decoder
The ability to force the encoder or decoder chip was broken by commit
0ab6e1c38d in February 2009. As nobody
complained for over 2 years, I take it that these parameters were no
longer used so we can simply drop them.

09bc1942c0 [media] em28xx: include model number for PCTV 330e
Given how PCTV has multiple products with the same model name, include the
model number in the description and #define to make it a little more clear.
