The newest variants of the HVR-1600 have an s5h1411/tda18271 for the digital
frontend. Add support for these boards.

The cx18_stream struct contained a struct cx18_dvb for
every stream object, most of which were for analog capture.
Now we only allocate the cx18_dvb object for the DTV TS stream.

I've got code which adds support of GoTView PCI DVD3 Hybrid tuner in
cx18 module and Andy Walls in ivtv mailing-list gave me some advice on
making a patch and sending it here. So here's the patch against
staging/2.6.37-rc1 branch (the tutorial recommends to include it as
plain text but if it's the case I can surely send as an attachment):
Several comments on the patch:
1. Both users on the official Gotview forum and support said that PCI
DVD3 is very similar to Yuan MPC718 card so the main part of code is
taken from Yuan configuration. Some users reported it to work properly.
2. Everything is being initialized correctly including analog, dvb,
radio and alsa parts. Analogue part and alsa virtual card is tested by
myself using original Gotview card.

Operations that manipulates the state of the encoder or global instance flags
and variables should be serialized. This adds some serialization locks that
have been missing from cx18-dvb. Since the DVB part of the CX23418 doesn't
affect the encoder, no one would likely have ever noticed a race in changing
card instance variables.

Stanse found a potential null dereference in cx18_dvb_start_feed
and cx18_dvb_stop_feed. There is a check for stream being NULL,
but it is dereferenced earlier. Move the dereference after the
check.

Fix YUV capture such that the encoder will pass one frame per transfer. This
will allow the application to maintain frame alignment when a transfer from
the encoder is missed due to high system latency in service the CX23418 IRQ.
Also force YUV buffer sizes to be specified in multiples of 33.75 kB, the
smalled amount of buffer sizes need to store a complete set of HM12 4:2:0
macroblocks specifying 32 lines of the frame. A full 60Hz/525 line
screen requires 15 * 33.75 kB per frame and a full 50Hz/625 line screen
requires 18 * 33.75 kB per frame so the default buffer size is 3 * 33.75 kB,
requiring exactly 5 or 6 buffers per MDL respectively. The bytes needed per
frame and hence MDL need not be the bytes in an integer number of buffers.
However, if frame artifacts are seen with scaled screen sizes, the YUV buffer
size can be set 34 kB (33.75 kB) to get rid of the artifacts at the cost of more
copies between the kernel and userspace.

The HVR-1600 doesn't use the standard mechanism for computing the gain when
in QAM mode, instead always forcing it to be 0x02. Provide the ability to
override the algorithm on a per-board basis.
This change results in an improvement of 0.4-0.6 dB for QAM tuning.

of the HVR-1600 Windows i2c traffic (and consultation with Steven Toth).
Note that some of these values may be able to be moved into the common driver,

Add DVB-T support for Yuan MPC-718 cards with an MT352 or ZL10353 demodulator.
There are apparently some units with a DiBcom demodulator which could be
supported by one of the dib7000 modules - but this is not implemented in the
cx18 driver (yet).
Due to lack of porgramming details for the MT352 and the mt352 module requiring
a "demod_init" function, a "firmware" must be obtained and loaded to get
DVB-T working for Yuan MPC-718 cards with an MT352.

This adds support for DVB-T on the Leadtek DVR3100 H and should also get analog
TV capture from the tuner working properly as well.
DVB-T 6 MHz and 8 MHz have been tested and verified to work by Terry Wu of
Leadtek. DVB-T 7 MHz has also been verified working with a change developed by
Terry to the tuner-xc2028.c driver.

Simplify the way outgoing work handler gets scheduled to send empty buffers
back to the firmware for use. Also reduced the memory required for scheduling
this outgoing work, by using a single, per stream work object.

cx18: Add module parameters for finer control over buffer allocations.
User now has the option of setting smaller buffers to get lower
latency transfers from the encoder. User can also now set the number
of buffers used for a stream explicitly.

A major rewrite of interrupt handling for incoming mailbox processing, to split
the timing critical steps from the the deferrable steps as the sending XPU on
the CX23418 will time out and overwrite our incoming mailboxes rather quickly.
Setup a pool of work "order forms" for the irq handler to send jobs to the new
work handler routine which uses the kernel default work queue to do the
deferrable work. Started optimizing some of the cx18-io calls as they are now
the low hanging fruit for recoving microseconds back from the timeline.
Future optimizations will get rid of mmio read retries, mmio stats logging, and
combine smaller functions in the irq path into the larger ones to save ~2 us
each.

cx18: Move DVB buffer transfer handling from irq handler to work_queue thread.
In order to properly lock the epu2cpu mailbox for driver to CX23418 commands,
the DVB/TS buffer handling needs to be moved from the IRQ handler and IRQ
context to a work queue. This work_queue implmentation is strikingly similar
to the ivtv implementation - for better or worse.

This is a fix for the case when a digital capture from dvr0 happens first after
modprobe, before access to any cx18 v4l2 device nodes. The initial dvb feed
start has been changed to load the firmware if not already loaded. Also fixed a
use counter to correct dvb feed accounting if starting the transport DMA fails.
