Darren Jenkins fc9a89f97e drm/radeon: fix a couple of array index errors 
There are a couple of array overruns, and some associated confusion in
the code.
This is just a wild guess at what the code should actually look like.

Dave Airlie 4ce001abaf drm/radeon/kms: add initial radeon tv-out support. 
This ports the tv-out code from the DDX to KMS.

adds a radeon.tv module option, radeon.tv=0 to disable tv
