FUJITA Tomonori 1ef04370d8 asm-generic: remove ARCH_HAS_SG_CHAIN in scatterlist.h
There are more architectures that don't support ARCH_HAS_SG_CHAIN than
those that support it. This removes removes ARCH_HAS_SG_CHAIN in
asm-generic/scatterlist.h and lets arhictectures to define it.

It's clearer than defining ARCH_HAS_SG_CHAIN asm-generic/scatterlist.h and
undefing it in arhictectures that don't support it.

Becky Bruce 2138422bba powerpc: Use sg->dma_length in sg_dma_len() macro on 32-bit
Currently, the 32-bit code uses sg->length instead of sg->dma_lentgh
to report sg_dma_len. However, since the default dma code for 32-bit
(the dma_direct case) sets dma_length and length to the same thing,
we should be able to use dma_length there as well. This gets rid of
some 32-vs-64-bit ifdefs, and is needed by the swiotlb code which
actually distinguishes between dma_length and length.

Stephen Rothwell b8b572e101 powerpc: Move include files to arch/powerpc/include/asm
from include/asm-powerpc. This is the result of a

mkdir arch/powerpc/include/asm
git mv include/asm-powerpc/* arch/powerpc/include/asm

Followed by a few documentation/comment fixups and a couple of places
where <asm-powepc/...> was being used explicitly. Of the latter only
one was outside the arch code and it is a driver only built for powerpc.
