# system prune ```markdown Usage: docker system prune COMMAND Delete unused data Options: -a, --all Remove all unused images not just dangling ones -f, --force Do not prompt for confirmation --help Print usage ``` Remove all unused containers, volumes and images (both dangling and unreferenced). Example output: ```bash $ docker system prune -a WARNING! This will remove: - all stopped containers - all volumes not used by at least one container - all images without at least one container associated to them Are you sure you want to continue?
