Correct docs for a docker container's clean-up.

The 'Unix Signals' (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unix_signal#Handling_signals) wiki explains that:
> 'There are two signals which cannot be intercepted and handled: SIGKILL and SIGSTOP.'
