radex 7d904c69a8 kube: clean up 
Various minor improvements:

- add missing k1 and mastodon to everything.jsonnet
- delete mirko.libsonnet (RIP); as of 13e47c6, we don't have anything using it
- change hspki.libsonnet to require cfg.cluster short name (and update users of it)
