Nowadays both smartphones and iphones have MAC address randomisation turned on by default. This breaks checkinator because, while the claim works as intended, the address added to the database is the random one and on the next visit the address is different, so the device is categorised as unknown. The simplest way to fix this is by the user to ensure that MAC address is randomised per network, not per-connection (which at least on Android is itself a per-network knob). This change adds a notice to remind the user about this.
